Prof. Audrey Addi-Raccah
Director
Audrey Addi-Raccah received her Ph.D. in Sociology from Tel Aviv University. She is an associate professor at the School of Education at Tel-Aviv University. She is the Head of the MA program in Educational Policy and Management, and the Head of the Unit of Sociology of Education and Community.
Prof. Ellen Goldring
Research Adviser
Ellen Goldring received her Ph.D. from the University of Chicago. She is the Patricia and Rodes Hart Professor of Educational Leadership and Policy, in the Department of Leadership, Policy and Organizations, Peabody College, Vanderbilt University, Nashville, Tennessee, USA.
Yanir Marmor

Yanir Marmor is a Master's student in Talmud at Tel Aviv University and in Computer Science at the Weizmann Institute. He is also actively engaged in various projects within the digital and computational humanities.

Maayan Kimhi Levy
Training & Educational Innovation Director
Maayan Kimhi Levy is a MA graduate at the school of Education, Tel-Aviv University. Maayan has extensive knowledge and experience in developing programs for educational organizations and municipal authorities. Also, she is an expert for developing and implementing educational programs combining psychology and educational innovation.
Dr. Yaffa Ben-Ami
Advisor of Intervention and Training Programs
Yaffa received her MA and her Ph.D. from Tel-Aviv University, the School of Education, the Department of Policy and Management in Education (2009).
She is Head of the Center for "Personal and Professional Development in Education and Society” in Tel-Aviv University.
